Pre-order Guarantee Policy

  • Full payment is required to guarantee your pre-orders
  • Please allow three (3) working days for processing your order

Cancellations/Refunds

  • No refund will be honoured for paid orders.

Delivery

  • Delivery charges apply. Extra charges applicable for delivery on Sundays and Public Holiday.
  • Delivery slots are subjected to availability.
  • Orders of 50 mitthai boxes and above will enjoy complimentary delivery to one location.
  • Please ensure delivery address is correct and recipient or recipient’s representative is available to receive good(s). Delivery charges apply if good is bounced or

Self-Collection

  • Self-collection is at Rang Mahal, Level 3, Pan Pacific Hotel, Singapore 039595 during restaurant operating hours from 12pm to 2.30pm; 6.30pm to 1030pm.
  • Kindly quote order number or present printout to redeem your good, and check item to ensure it is correct and in well condition before leaving.

Storage Recommendations

  • Kindly note that the food are freshly handcrafted daily and highly perishable.

We encourage Users to frequently check this page for any changes to stay informed. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review these terms periodically and become aware of modifications.
